Yes. Medical Tracker is safe and secure and is tested to the highest industry standards. Your data is only ever housed in our IL4 and ISO-accredited, ultra-secure data centre.

Can the school send out alerts and reminders when their child takes medication or medication is due to expire?
Yes. As soon as an incident is recorded on Medical Tracker you will have the opportunity to notify the parent or carer with pre-populated templates. A full audit trail is saved.

Does Medical Tracker integrate with our management information system?
We currently support automatic integration for Arbor, Bromcom, Engage, CMIS, Integris G2, iSAMS, PASS/3SYS, Progresso, Prosolution, PupilAsset, ScholarPack, SIMS.
Student, staff and parent or carer information automatically syncs every 24 hours meaning your data is always up-to-date.

Can you access Medical Tracker on any device?
Yes. Medical Tracker is a web-based application. You can log-in on any device with internet access, at anytime, anywhere in the world.

Can you create different user levels for various staff members?
Yes. You can assign various access levels to different staff members. Only Medical Tracker administrators have the rights to create and manage users.

For how long will the data be accessible?
Records of accidents involving pupils should be kept for a period of 25 years from the pupil's date of birth. This is in accordance with the Information Management Toolkit for Schools- Information and Records Management Society.
