Is it quick to set-up?
You can access your Medical Tracker account instantly. We will then guide you through some simple steps to connect your MIS system and automatically update your student and staff data every 24 hours.

Does it work on iPad or tablets?
Yes, Medical Tracker has been designed to automatically adjust according to the device it is being used on. Currently 27% of the 20,000 Medical Tracker users log-in through an iPad or tablet device.

Can staff log-in from multiple places simultaneously?
Medical Tracker offers unlimited users meaning all staff can have access. You can also assign each staff member with different access levels allowing you to control who has access to your school’s data.

Can you download your data?
Yes. All data on Medical Tracker belongs to the school.
You can export your data at any given time to a .csv (Excel) format. It is exported in an easy to use format so you can continue to create reports, search for records and access your data even if you decide to stop using Medical Tracker.

Can you communicate with parents/carers?
Yes. Using pre-set email/letter template staff can send an email as soon as an incident is recorded.
If your school uses Schoolcomms you can also text parents or carers within Medical Tracker using our simple integration.
Export to excel
Staff, with the necessary permissions, can export all accidents records to excel - great for creating custom reports.
Confidential incidents
