Luke O'Dwyer, Medical Tracker Co-founder, completed the Certificate in School Business Management with the National Association of School Business Managers (now ISBL) in 2012 while working as a School Business Manager before leaving his role to launch Medical Tracker in May 2015.
In March 2024, Medical Tracker was approved as an ISBL partner after undergoing a rigorous vetting process. This process included gathering multiple references from our customers.

You can add unlimited additional users.

Step 2: 🔄 MIS integration
You will receive a data sharing email from Wonde or Xporter so Medical Tracker can integrate with your MIS. Once approved student, staff, parent/carer and medical condition information will sync every 24 hours.
🕛: Within 60 minutes of authorising data sharing
Step 3: 💻 One-to-one training
You will receive a link to organise an online training session with your dedicated Customer Success Agent to guide you through setting up Medical Tracker for your school.
🕛: At the time/date you choose and lasts 30-60 minutes

Step 4: 🎧 Ongoing support
Throughout your time with Medical Tracker you will have access to ongoing support through email, phone or our self-service online helpdesk to make sure you succeed.
